Mr. Morin was most recently Regional Director of Sales for the Western United States for CenterPoint Energy Services (CNP). CNP is a subsidiary of CenterPoint Energy, a 25 state $22 billion energy company based in Houston, Texas. At CNP Morin was responsible for maintaining and growing their commercial and industrial business.

Previously, Mr. Morin served as a manager for Shell Energy North America, Pacific NW, and the northern Intermountain Region for gas and power sales. He also served in a similar capacity with Avista Energy, and as President of Energy West Resources, Inc. Previous to his 26 years in the energy business, he was President of Great Falls Capital Corp., President of Cleantec, Inc., and began his professional career with Arthur Anderson and Company, in Seattle, Washington.

Mr. Morin is an honors graduate of Gonzaga University's School of Business Administration. Mr. Morin served as Board Chair of the Great Falls Chamber of Commerce, Board Chair of the Great Falls International Airport Authority, Chair of the United Way Campaign of Cascade County, Financial VP for the Montana Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and a member of the Arbitration Board for fee disputes for the Montana State Bar Association.

Mr. Eubank’s IT experience plays an important role at Practical Energy Management by linking real-time notifications throughout all facets of energy management. Mr. Eubank’s energy expertise and knowledge in the energy space provides a passion to help PEM clients reduce their energy footprint across a vast variety of business footprints across the United States.

Mr. Eubank is the Founder of AquilaVision Corporation ©, a twenty-one-year-old custom software and data movement company. Mr. Eubank currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. AquilaVision Corporation covers the gap that exists between source data being created and where that data needs to go to perform any function. AquilaVison Corp’s Patented custom software solution (OTTER) bridges this gap, as OTTER manages/monitors multiple sensors, systems, and devices with multiple data inputs and then communicates this data to multiple communications devices, systems, or sensors in seconds based on client-specific business rules.

Mr. Eubank served in the United States Navy where he completed the Navy’s BUD/S course before receiving orders to serve on the admiral’s staff of the U.S. Seventh Fleet Staff. He completed three tours of duty in Vietnam. ​Mr. Eubank currently serves as the immediate past President of ten years for the Boy Scouts of America of the Montana Council, Vice President of Marketing of the Western Region, and is currently Territory Two’s Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America.
